Through our carefully selected partner in this field, Assetz Finance is now able to offer translation services. It is preferable for purchasers of overseas properties to receive an English version of their preliminary contracts, draft deeds and powers of attorney, however this is not always possible.

Our partner is a specialist in providing translation of legal, financial and corporate documents in 43 different languages. Their standard translation package operates on a cost per 1000 words of the source document. Proof-reading is included in this cost. Quality is achieved through the use of experienced translators (at least 3 years) who are Members of the Institute of Linguists.

Even if your translation needs are not of a legal or financial nature an appropriate translator can be sourced.
