"The central bank of Cyprus has issued a directive to all lending institutions within Cyprus, that a minimum deposit of 30% is required for securing a mortgage. Assetz Cyprus Division will however, assess each clients borrowing requirements on an individual basis and in certain circumstances, a lower deposit may be arranged , subject to status"
1. Personal details
- Customer’s profile (Personal details, occupation-duration of your employment contract if any with your current employers)
- Passport copies (the page with the photograph & personal information)
2. Financial details
- For all applications
- Statement of existing debt (if any)
- A reference letter from the banks you maintain an account with
- Completion of the attached Declaration of Personal Income
- Copies of bank statements for the last three months
- For employed applicants
- Last 3 pay slips
- Last 3 P60s
- For self-employed applicants
- Original headed letter from accountant to certify your last 3 years' income
- last 3 tax returns
3. The Property
- Reservation contract
- Purchase agreement – (will need original one when ready for loan drawdown)
- Copies of payments already made by the applicant for the property
